LaserPeak Opens European Spare Parts and Service Centre in Stuttgart

A new dedicated centre in Stuttgart, Germany, consolidates European logistics and field support, holding more than 4,500 line items of wear parts, optics and consumables. Same-day dispatch is offered for Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Benelux region.

LaserPeak has opened a dedicated spare parts and service centre in Stuttgart, Germany, consolidating European logistics and field support under one roof. The facility holds more than 4,500 line items of wear parts, optics and consumables for the full fiber, tube, welding and automation portfolio, and it is now the default source for all European customers.

Stock is deliberately deep on the items that normally stop a machine: protective windows and nozzles, chiller filters, lens sets, bearings, bellows and sealing kits. Orders confirmed before 15:00 CET are dispatched the same working day for Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Benelux, Italy, Spain, the Czech Republic and Poland, and within 48 hours for the rest of Europe. Two to three day delivery on critical parts is standard, and same-day dispatch is available on more than 1,800 stocked line items.

The centre also runs a repair and calibration workshop with two plasma cutting and welding benches, a nozzle and optics refurbishment line, and a rotating chuck refurbishment service for the LP-T Series. Technicians rebuild and test assemblies to the same tolerances as new parts, which is both faster and considerably cheaper than replacing a complete unit.

Field support has been restructured around the same location: seven country engineers cover Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Benelux region, with two more scheduled to join by the end of the year. Remote diagnostics through the LaserPeak service portal remain the first step for most issues, and a callback is guaranteed within four working hours during European business hours.

The centre includes a customer training room with two full-size machines, which will host LP-F and LP-T operator training courses from September 2026. Customers who have purchased a machine with the LaserPeak Care agreement can use the training facilities and the loan unit pool at no additional cost.
