The 3 kW source switches between keyhole welding for thicker sections and conduction welding for thin sheet, giving one cell the flexibility of several TIG stations.
Wobble head movement widens the bead for fillet welds, and double-wire feed raises deposition rate on thicker joints, both available from the same head.
Capacitive contact and non-contact tracking follow the joint as the fixture moves, correcting path deviations and holding consistent penetration on formed parts.
Fixture presets are stored for each part family, so operators switch from one assembly to another in minutes without re-teaching the welding path.
