Key capabilities
Cutting feed and positioning are handled independently, so the head slows to the right speed on thick plate while the gantry still runs at 169 m/min between features.
Replacing oxy-fuel cutting, the 12 kW source cuts 20 mm carbon steel in a single pass with a narrow heat-affected zone and far lower operating cost per part.
The head senses material thickness and refocuses automatically, holding kerf width and edge angle constant as operators move between 3 mm sheet and 20 mm plate.
OEE, laser hours and alarm history are stored locally and available over the network, with LaserPeak service engineers able to connect remotely for fast diagnosis.
