Fiber laser machines
built for production
Sheet, tube and welding systems from 1 kW to 40 kW — engineered for the tonnage you actually run.
Four product lines, one control platform
Sheet cutting, tube cutting, laser welding and automated loading share the same LaserPeak control system and the same process library.
The LP-A series automates sheet handling around LaserPeak cutting machines. Interchangeable lifting tables, pallet exchange, sheet followers and robotic loading arms keep the laser busy through night shifts, with automatic height sensing, collision protection and MES or ERP integration for traceability on every part.

- Accuracy
- ±0.1 mm
The 1.5 kW version of the LP-F1500 platform for thin sheet, precision blanks and high-volume small parts. It cuts thin stainless at more than 30 m/min, minimizes heat-affected zones on delicate workpieces and draws considerably less power than comparable carbon dioxide installations.

The 40 kW flagship with an 8000×2500 mm bed, cutting 30 mm carbon steel in one pass and handling the largest structural blanks in the LaserPeak range. It targets shipbuilding, defence platforms and heavy equipment where very thick plate is cut as single pieces.
- Power
- 40 kW
- Cutting area
- 8000×2500 mm
- Accuracy
- ±0.02 mm
A 30 kW laser on the 6000×2500 mm platform for the thickest production plate. It cuts 25 mm carbon steel at about 2.5 m/min and 30 mm at roughly 1.5 m/min, letting fabricators consolidate large-plate work that previously went to waterjet or multiple oxy-fuel stations.
- Power
- 30 kW
- Cutting area
- 6000×2500 mm
- Accuracy
- ±0.02 mm
The LP-A2000 automates sheet handling around LaserPeak fibre cutting machines, with interchangeable lifting tables, automatic pallet exchange, sheet following and robot loading arms. Unattended hours increase while operators move from handling heavy plate to programming and inspection.
- Cutting area
- Serves 1500×750 to 6000×2500 mm sheet platforms
- Accuracy

Built for four demanding sectors
Automotive tier-1, agricultural machinery, sheet metal and aerospace — each with its own cycle-time and audit requirements.
In aerospace, a recast layer on a titanium edge is a fatigue initiation site and a dross particle on aluminium-lithium is a crack initiator. LaserPeak heavy-duty fibre platforms cut Ti-6Al-4V, Al-Li and Inconel with nitrogen, tight pierce control and full parameter traceability for source approval.
Sheet Metal FabricationHigh-mix job shops live or die on setup time and material yield. LaserPeak sheet, tube and welding platforms put automatic cross-order nesting, one operator interface and burr-free edges behind every part number — from 1.5 mm cosmetic panels to 16 mm structural work.
Agricultural MachineryAgricultural equipment is built from abrasion-resistant wear plate, structural plate and heavy tube, in seasonal bursts that punish manual cells. LaserPeak heavy-duty fibre platforms cut thick HB400 in a single pass, bring special wear parts back in-house, and keep producing through the dust and heat of the harvest window.
Automotive ManufacturingFrom white body structural parts and chassis frames to EV battery pack enclosures, LaserPeak fibre laser cutting lines deliver the flatness, edge quality and repeatability that tier-one suppliers need at automotive takt times — with changeovers measured in minutes rather than shifts.
Customer cases
From machine selection to ramp-up — what the machine did on a real production line.
An Istanbul elevator cabin fabricator integrated the LP-W2000-3kW with a 1.5 kW sheet laser, replacing hand TIG welding and hand-brushed panel edges, and brought roughly 120 outsourced orders a year back in-house.
A Pune tier-two supplier of chassis and seat-frame brackets doubled output on the same shift pattern by adding an LP-F1503-1.5kW and an LP-F3015-6kW with an LP-A2000 loader, and recovered 4 percentage points of sheet yield.
A Wichita airframe supplier qualified the LP-F6025-30kW on titanium and aluminium-lithium with nitrogen cutting, achieving an edge narrow enough to pass first-article inspection without secondary dressing and cutting rework by 72%.
A Modena tier-one supplier of battery pack enclosures replaced plasma and a manual load cell with an LP-F3015-12kW, an LP-F4020-10kW and an LP-A2000 automated loader, lifting mixed-model takt by 26% while holding ±0.4 mm seam tracking on the pack rails.
News
Product releases, process notes and company news.
Aluminium reflects the beam, conducts heat quickly and forms a hard, spiky dross. Surface preparation, gas pressure and nozzle geometry decide whether the cut edge is clean or coated in spatter.
A new dedicated centre in Stuttgart, Germany, consolidates European logistics and field support, holding more than 4,500 line items of wear parts, optics and consumables. Same-day dispatch is offered for Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Benelux region.
