- Galvanized SheetUp to 4 mm with low coating burn-back
Key capabilities
The 3 kW source sustains roughly 12 m/min on 3 mm carbon steel and holds focus through long production runs, cutting mild steel up to 10 mm with clean, dross-free edges.
Two worktables exchange in seconds so operators never wait for the machine to finish unloading, and a 1500×750 mm table can be added for small blank nesting.
The cutting head reads material thickness, selects the correct nozzle and holds standoff height stable, with automatic retract when the head senses an obstruction.
Operators import DXF or STEP nests, set material and thickness, and the machine adjusts gas, focus and pierce time automatically for repeatable results across shifts.

A 6 kW workhorse in a 3000×1500 mm bed, cutting 3 mm cold-rolled steel at about 30 m/min and mild steel up to 16 mm. This is the volume-production choice for automotive brackets and agricultural panels where a single shift must clear several tonnes of sheet.
The 4 kW LP-F4020 brings a 4000×2000 mm bed to shops that cut mostly thin and medium sheet. It cuts 3 mm carbon steel at about 15 m/min and 6 mm at roughly 7 m/min, with lower operating cost and simpler maintenance than higher-power installations.
A 10 kW laser on the 4000×2000 mm bed for large-format panels in one piece. It cuts 6 mm carbon steel at about 9 m/min and handles 20 mm plate, giving structural, vehicle-body and enclosure manufacturers a single machine for full-width blanks with no part splitting.
The 40 kW flagship with an 8000×2500 mm bed, cutting 30 mm carbon steel in one pass and handling the largest structural blanks in the LaserPeak range. It targets shipbuilding, defence platforms and heavy equipment where very thick plate is cut as single pieces.
A 30 kW laser on the 6000×2500 mm platform for the thickest production plate. It cuts 25 mm carbon steel at about 2.5 m/min and 30 mm at roughly 1.5 m/min, letting fabricators consolidate large-plate work that previously went to waterjet or multiple oxy-fuel stations.
