Key capabilities
The largest configuration in the range handles eight-metre blanks and 40 mm plate, letting fabricators quote whole structures from a single sheet.
At 40 kW, 30 mm carbon steel is cut at roughly 1.2 m/min with a narrow heat-affected zone and an edge ready for welding with minimal preparation.
A heavy welded base, long-bed support rollers and high-rigidity drives hold ±0.02 mm repeatability from the first metre to the last of the working area.
The frame is prepared for pallet exchange, sheet following and robotic handling, so the machine can run unattended through multi-shift production.
