Key capabilities
The 20 kW source replaces thick-plate oxy-fuel cutting, cutting 20 mm carbon steel far faster with a narrow kerf and no edge grinding afterwards.
Six-metre bed width accepts full-length structural sections, simplifying nesting and reducing the number of weld joints in fabricated assemblies.
A welded steel gantry with high-rigidity drives and 1.5 g acceleration holds ±0.02 mm repeatability while moving heavy plate loads across the full bed.
Customers cut components closer to final size, removing a large share of downstream welding, grinding and distortion correction in heavy fabrication.
