- Carbon SteelΦ20–Φ320 mm round and shaped tube, 1–10 mm wall with minimal dross
- Stainless Steel 304 / 3160.8–6 mm wall with nitrogen assist and an oxide-free inner face
- Aluminium 5052 / 60611–8 mm wall with clean cut faces and no profile deformation
- Galvanized Steel1–4 mm coated tube with a low heat-affected zone
- Structural Hollow SectionsSHS, RHS, CHS, L and flat profiles with automatic centre detection
Key capabilities
One machine covers thin trim tube and heavy structural sections, handling round, square, rectangular, L-profile and flat bar with automatic profile detection.
The three-jaw chuck finds the tube centre and clamps without operator input, keeping the cut square on thin-wall and oval material.
An automatic feeding roller and length measurement system cut to order continuously, with an optional light-bar feed for thin tube that prevents scratching.
Dedicated tube cutting parameters and an optional piercing-assist function handle 10 mm carbon steel walls and thin 1 mm sections without deformation.

A 10 kW laser on the 4000×2000 mm bed for large-format panels in one piece. It cuts 6 mm carbon steel at about 9 m/min and handles 20 mm plate, giving structural, vehicle-body and enclosure manufacturers a single machine for full-width blanks with no part splitting.
The 40 kW flagship with an 8000×2500 mm bed, cutting 30 mm carbon steel in one pass and handling the largest structural blanks in the LaserPeak range. It targets shipbuilding, defence platforms and heavy equipment where very thick plate is cut as single pieces.
The 20 kW LP-F6025 cuts 20 mm carbon steel and works across a 6000×2500 mm bed for heavy structural plate. Built for shipbuilding, defence and large machinery, it replaces oxy-fuel lines with a cleaner, faster and far more precise process.
The 4 kW LP-F4020 brings a 4000×2000 mm bed to shops that cut mostly thin and medium sheet. It cuts 3 mm carbon steel at about 15 m/min and 6 mm at roughly 7 m/min, with lower operating cost and simpler maintenance than higher-power installations.
A 3 kW fibre laser in a 3000×1500 mm format, the LP-F1503-3kW cuts 3 mm carbon steel at about 12 m/min and reaches 10 mm mild steel at rated power. Pneumatic pallet exchange, automatic nozzle control and a compact footprint make it a strong production cell for small and mid-size job shops.
